Cancellation Policy

It is BECAUSE of our commitment to quality service that we must set in place a cancellation policy that is fair to all concerned. The only way we can maintain the excellent level of service we provide is to be masters of scheduling.

All cancellations will incur a $6.00 administrative fee because we often make many phone calls to fill these jobs which is costly and time consuming, making this reasonable fee necessary. You will not be charged if we haven't secured a provider. Holiday and special events must be cancelled 5 days in advance.

We are very fair to our care providers in the area of equitable sharing of placements. When we contract with a professional provider, we guarantee a minimum 4 hours of wage if they are assigned a scheduled service. Therefore it is necessary to require that providers be paid a 4 hour minimum if they show up for scheduled service without prior cancellation.
