Agency Requirements
Temporary Placement	Overnights and Vacations	Permanent Placement
$1.50 per hour / 4 hour minimum. All Agency Fees are billed monthly for your convenience. ~	$15 per 24 hour period. All agency fees are billed monthly for your convenience. ~	$450 Placement Fee. Agency Fees apply until remittance of placement fee. $50 (non-refundable) fee applies prior to interviews for admin costs and services. This fee applied toward placement fee if suitable provider is acquired.

Provider Compensation

*Child Care* Child Care is $5.50 per hour per family which covers up to 4 children in the same family. $0.50 per hour extra charge for additional children or more than one family. (4 hour min.) *Elder Care* Elder Care is $7.50 to $9.50 per hour for 1 person and $3.75 per hour for additional persons in same family as the primary care. (4 hour min.) *Hotels, Groups, Churches & Orgs.* 7.50 per hour / 4 hr. min.	$100 per 24 hour period. Services less than 24 hours, but more than 12 hours may be prorated in favor of the client. Please try to allow us ample time in advance for scheduling overnight or extended services. We can prepare a month in advance and you still have time to cancel. Be safe and plan ahead! Note: Medical Release Form required for overnight services. We will provide you with proper forms.	Permanent placements, such as Nanny, live-in companion, and housekeeper are services that require negotiated fees for the provider. Much depends on level of service. We participate in providing guidelines for fair wages for services. There is a 30-day guarantee for placed provider. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, we will arrange further interviews at no additional charge.
Additional Fees and Information
$.35 cents per mile is remitted to the provider for providing transportation for the care recipient (s).
Provider Compensation is paid to the provider at time of service or as agreed upon between you and provider.
Holiday rates are calculated at regular compensation plus 1/2 on all nationally recognized holidays and includes Christmas Eve, New Years Eve, Super Bowl Sunday and Mother's Day.
All cancellations will incur a $6.00 administrative fee because we often make many phone calls to fill these jobs which is costly and time consuming, making this reasonable fee necessary. Note: Holiday scheduling requires a 5 day prior cancellation notice.
We limit our providers to care for no more than 5 children or 2 adults at any given time. This insures proper care.
The reasonable hourly rate as stated above must be paid to a provider for interview prior to scheduled appointment time.
We will bill you $15 annually for your re-enrollment fee on the anniversary of your registration date. Our insurance is based on number of enrolled Client's and this small amount helps offset the annual premium.
After hours / weekend / and same day requests will be billed a $10 same day request fee, in addition to our regular fees. This is because the office puts your request ahead of others.
There will be a $5.00 rebilling fee for late payment. All bills are sent out by the 1st of the month with a 15 day net.
